All you need are your ID documents such as your Emirates ID, passport & visa to proceed with a Tenancy Contract. Your Agent will then register this contract with RERA and handover the security deposit to the Landlord/Owner.

Connecting your Utilities.

You can apply for DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) and choose an internet provider before or during your move in process.
